Nit-Nit slogans raised inside Parliament, protesters taken into custody

National Students Union of India (NSUI) workers are protesting outside the Parliament in Delhi regarding the NEET UG paper leak case. This protest is being done against the NTA and the Education Minister regarding the NEET paper leak case. In which NSUI President Varun Chaudhary and other students associated with the organization are also involved. At the same time, the NEET paper leak case also echoed in the Lok Sabha session.

While slogans of NEET-NEET were raised inside the Parliament, the protesters created a ruckus outside the Parliament regarding NEET. Police personnel are present outside the Parliament to stop the protesters and the police have also put up barricades all around, but the students are trying to go to the other side by climbing the barricades. The police have detained many protesters. The students protesting against NTA say that the Education Minister should resign.

Slogans of 'nit-nit' in Parliament

On the first day of the House, when the ruling party members started taking oath, when Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan stood up to take oath as MP, the opposition members started raising slogans regarding the NEET exam. The Education Minister was coming to take oath and slogans of 'Nit-Nit' were being raised in the Parliament. Meanwhile, Dharmendra Pradhan finished his speech and took oath.

The student organization of Congress is gheraoing the Parliament with banners in their hands. The students are protesting by sitting on the ground in the heat and demanding the resignation of the Education Minister. Many policemen are also present there to stop the students. The students are being stopped from moving forward by putting up barricades, but the students are trying to climb the barricades.

Investigation into the NEET case is ongoing

Initial investigation by the police revealed a case of malpractice and paper leak in Bihar. Along with this, some candidates have come forward claiming to have received the paper a day before the exam. Due to the allegations, protests took place in many cities and petitions were filed in several High Courts and the Supreme Court. After receiving the EOU report, the Union Education Ministry has taken action against the NTA and transferred the DG. Also, the responsibility of investigating the NEET case has been given to the CBI late last night.
