In this ninth list, Congress has announced the names of candidates for the Lok Sabha elections in Rajasthan and Karnataka. The party has released lists for three seats in Karnataka and two seats in Rajasthan. The party has also changed its candidate from Bhilwara in Rajasthan. Former Assembly Speaker CP Joshi will now contest elections from Bhilwara. Earlier Damodar Gurjar was fielded from Bhilwara, but now he has been sent to Rajsamand.

Damodar Gurjar will contest from Rajsamand Lok Sabha seat of Rajasthan. Earlier, Congress had made Sudarshan Singh Rawat its candidate from Rajsamand, but he returned the ticket. Due to which Congress decided to change the candidate. The party has given tickets to E Tukaram from Bellary, Karnataka, Sunil Bose from Chamarajanagar and Raksha Ramaiah from Chikkaballapur.

Soon after the announcement of the ninth list, Congress once again tweeted the name of the candidate for 28- Kolar (SC) Lok Sabha seat in Karnataka. From here KV Gautam will be fielded.
