Hisar, 4 August (HS). NHM employees, who have been on strike for the last 10 days for regularization and other demands, demonstrated vigorously on Sunday. After the demonstration, these employees reached the residence of Health Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta and handed over a memorandum to his wife and reached the BJP office and handed over a memorandum to District President Ashok Saini.
On the tenth day of the strike, these employees reached Dr. Kamal Gupta's residence and handed over a memorandum to resolve the pending demands of the employees. In the absence of the Health Minister, they handed over the memorandum of demands to his wife Dr. Pratima Gupta. On this occasion, Dr. Rajbir Singh Khichad, Pramod Saini, Sushil, Sunil, Amit, Anil, Poonam, Pankaj, Sanjay and Ankit along with others were present.
In this connection, the employees went to the BJP office and handed over a memorandum to District President Ashok Saini. The District President assured to convey all the demands of the employees to the government.
Media in-charge Baljeet Nain said that on Monday all NHM employees will observe a fast at the protest. Jagat Mishra, a member of the NHM Employees' Joint Front, said that we will not leave the protest until the government makes the NHM employees permanent.
