what is the matter

ED had filed a complaint against Chief Minister Hemant Soren in the CJM court on February 19 for disobeying the summons. On this, the CJM court took cognizance while hearing on March 4 and ordered to prosecute. During the hearing, ED had told the court that ED had issued summons to Hemant Soren ten times in the land purchase and sale case.
