Vipul Dushing, the defense lawyer of 20-year-old Siya Goyal, the main accused in the case, has completely rejected all the media claims and local reports in which it was being said that Siya had secretly married her lover and co-accused Chetan Chaudhary (22) even before the murder of her fiance. In this chat, Sia had made the excuse of booking travel and hotel tickets for her destination wedding to be held in Udaipur in November with her friend. What Siya wrote next to her friend while asking for pictures of her identity document shocked even the police. Sia’s alleged Snapchat message read something like this: “Send me the front and back photos of your ID for the wedding tickets, which isn’t going to happen anyway, but just for the sake of formality.” It is clear from this message that Sia knew in the month of May itself that this marriage to be held in November would never happen, because she had made a plan to remove Ketan from the way.

The local police is now preparing to send a summons to Sia’s friend and make a strict inquiry on whose account this message was sent.
