New pace to rail connectivity under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, gift of Vande Bharat Sleeper and MEMU train to Prayagraj: Keshav Prasad Maurya

Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya participated in the inauguration program of Varanasi-Prayagraj Rambagh MEMU train service at Rambagh railway station in Prayagraj today. On this occasion, he flagged off the MEMU train. Union Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnav and Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath launched the MEMU train service from Rambagh to Varanasi through video conferencing. At the same time, the operation of Varanasi-New Delhi Vande Bharat Sleeper train service at Prayagraj Junction also gave new impetus to the rail connectivity of the region.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Maurya said that today is a historic day. The nation is paying tribute to Iron Man Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his birth anniversary. Sardar Patel had strengthened the foundation of united India by uniting the princely states of the country. Today, under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the modern rail network is realizing the resolve of One India, Best India by connecting every corner of the country. Cabinet Minister Shri Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’, Mayor Shri Ganesh Kesarwani, District Panchayat President Dr. B.K. were present in the program.
