New District Magistrate Chandra Vijay Singh took charge of the district

Ayodhya, July 16 (HS). The newly appointed District Magistrate Chandra Vijay Singh reached the Circuit House on Tuesday. Where he was first honored with a guard of honor and Chief Development Officer Rishiraj, ADM Finance and Revenue Mahendra Kumar Singh, ADM City Salil Kumar Patel, ADM Administration Anirudh Pratap Singh, Chief Revenue Officer, ADM Law and Order, City Magistrate, SDM Bikapur, SDM Sadar welcomed him by presenting a flower bouquet.

The newly arrived District Magistrate then left the Circuit House and went to the religious city of Ayodhya to offer prayers to Lord Hanuman at Hanumangarhi and to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple and took stock of the ongoing construction work in the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex.

On this occasion, officials of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, construction organization and people from the district administration were present. Thereafter, the District Magistrate reached the double lock of the treasury located in the Collectorate and took charge and held a meeting with the administrative officials and discussed in detail the development work going on in the district and other important points.

The newly appointed District Magistrate said in a press conference in the Collectorate Auditorium that we have got the opportunity to serve Lord Shri Ram, so with the blessings of Bajrangbali Maharaj, all the work will be done well. Ayodhya is a religious and cultural city. The work of decorating this city is going on. He said that whatever projects/works are being carried out by the government, those works will be taken forward with complete transparency and quality.

During the press conference, the newly arrived District Magistrate told that he is an IAS officer of the year 2012 batch, till now he was the District Magistrate of Sonbhadra. Before this, he has been the District Magistrate of Firozabad. He has also taken over the charge of MD of Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam. He has also discharged the responsibility as CDO Jhansi. He is originally from Meerut. Regarding the development of Ayodhya, he said that the projects which are going on in Ayodhya and the upcoming projects, efforts will be made to do them well in collaboration with all the officials. Regarding Sawan Mela and Kavad Yatra, he said that the maximum number of devotees and visitors come to Ayodhya during the fair. Special attention will be paid to their safety and to ensure that they do not face any kind of problem. The problems of the public will be resolved on priority basis. The cases that come during the public hearing will be resolved in a quality and timely manner. Full care will be taken of the facilities of the devotees coming to Ayodhya.
