Mumbai: On Friday afternoon, news came about Hindi cinema's Big B Amitabh Bachchan that he has reached Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. After hearing this news, Big B's fans have started praying for him.
It was being said that the actor had undergone angioplasty due to a blood clot in his leg. Now Amitabh Bachchan himself has rejected these rumours.
Big B put a full stop on this disease
Amitabh Bachchan dismissed the news of ill health by sharing a post on X (Twitter) at around 3 am in the morning. He shared pictures from the stadium with his son Abhishek Bachchan and legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, in which Big B is seen enjoying the match.
With this post, Big B wrote, “Amazed by the immense knowledge of the great Sachin about the game of cricket. Spent so much precious time in the ISPL final.” While leaving the stadium after watching the match, a person asked him if he was okay. Then the actor clearly said that this is fake news.
Big B is resting
Producer Anand Pandit, who has made the films 'Sarkar' and 'Chehre' with Amitabh Bachchan, told Dainik Jagran that the actor had gone to Kokilaben Hospital for check-up and is currently resting at home. I pray for his speedy recovery.
However, he is still fine. People are saying that he has undergone angioplasty but let us tell you that angioplasty is not just for the heart. This is done to open the arteries. It is not such a big problem.
Amidst these news which came at around 12 noon, Amitabh wrote on X, 'Ever grateful to all of you.' Earlier, he had also posted on his blog and wrote that he is always grateful to all of you for your prayers and love. Forever grateful for your loving kindness. However, no official statement or information has yet come from the Bachchan family regarding Big B's health.
