ICICI Bank in association with MakeMyTrip has launched a premium co-branded credit card (new credit card). This credit card comes in two variants. One variant is of MasterCard and the other variant is of RuPay card.
Unlimited Rewards on Credit Cards
The RuPay version can also be linked to the Unified Payments Interface (UPI). MakeMyTrip, ICICI Bank Credit Card offers unlimited rewards, which will never expire, the bank said in a statement. Cardholders can earn 6% MyCash (MakeMyTrip's rewards currency) on hotel bookings, 3% MyCash on flights, holidays, cabs and buses and 1% on other retail purchases. One MyCash is equal to Re 1.
You will get the benefit of special discount
Cardholders also receive a free MMTBLACK Gold membership, which offers exclusive discounts and upgrades on flights, hotels and holiday packages. Members receive a minimum 10% discount on room and board costs at select hotels, 20% off dining and spa services, and 25% off flight add-ons.
There is a Forex mark-up charge of 0.99% for international transactions on this card. Customers can earn 1% MyCash on Forex transactions. Additionally, cardholders will also get access to eight domestic and one international airport lounges every year.
This is the only credit card fee
The credit card is priced at Rs 999 plus GST, which includes joining and annual fees. Upon payment the customer gets a MakeMyTrip gift voucher worth Rs 1,000. Additionally, if a cardholder spends Rs 3 lakh in a year, the annual charge is waived off.
Rs 150 off on movie tickets
There is also a discount of Rs 150 on purchasing movie tickets through BookMyShow and Inox. No-cost EMI facility for three months is also available on all MakeMyTrip transactions.
