The scorching heat has made people miserable in many states of Delhi, Haryana and Northeast including Punjab. The situation has become so bad that the night temperature in more than 140 cities of the country is 60 percent higher than that of the village. Due to which the Meteorological Department as well as the District Administration are constantly issuing warnings. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning saying that the temperature will increase further in some states of North India, West, South and Northeast till June 2. Due to which avoid going out of the house between 12 noon to 3 pm till June 2.
At the same time, the maximum temperature in many states including Punjab, Delhi, Haryana is more than normal. Due to which the heat wave is going to continue in many areas of East Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar-Jharkhand for the next few days. Therefore, people should be cautious from now onwards.
Let us tell you that the Meteorological Department has also given measures to avoid heat stroke. In which the Meteorological Department has asked to avoid going out in the strong sun between 12 noon to 3 am. Wear light colored loose and cotton clothes in summer. Keep your head covered while going out in the sun. Use clothes, hat or umbrella for this. Drink water properly and at regular intervals. Always keep drinking water with you during travel. Use homemade beverages like ORS solution, coconut water, lassi, lemonade etc. to keep yourself hydrated.
