The 39th convocation ceremony was organized at Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University on Saturday. The ceremony started with chanting of mantras. During this procession, Chancellor Anandiben Patel, University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Vinay Kumar Pathak, Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Sudhir Kumar Awasthi, Registrar Dr. Anil Kumar Yadav, members of the Executive Council, Academic Council, Dean of Faculty, all Heads of Departments reached the auditorium. During this, Chancellor Anandiben Patel presided over the ceremony, while AICTE Vice Chairman Dr. Abhay Jere was the chief guest, while Uttar Pradesh Government's Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay, Minister of State for Higher Education Rajni Tiwari and Assembly Speaker Satish were present as special guests. In which one Chancellor Gold Medal, two Silver Medals, 33 Bronze Medals, 12 Vice Chancellor Gold Medals along with sponsored medals were given. There was tremendous enthusiasm among the boys and girls after receiving the medals and they expressed their happiness by jumping in the air.

In the convocation ceremony, the Chancellor uploaded the degrees and marksheets of all the students in DigiLocker with one click. In the ceremony, degrees were given to 118737 students and 7 lakh 47 thousand 369 marksheets were uploaded in DigiLocker. As soon as the data was uploaded in DigiLocker, CSJMU came to number one in the country.

Chancellor's Gold Medal to Ritika Awasthi of DG College, Chancellor's Bronze Medal to Poonam of CSJMU, Chancellor's Bronze Medal to Sapna of CSJMU, Chancellor's Bronze Medal to Nikhil Yadav of Kargil Shaheed College, Chancellor's Bronze Medal to Nandini Gupta of Acharya Narendra Dev Municipal Corporation Mahila Vidyalaya. Medal, Chancellor's Bronze Medal was awarded to Kamakhya Chaturvedi of CSJMU, Chancellor's Bronze Medal was awarded to Shalini Upadhyay of CSJMU and Manvinder Kaur Bhatia was awarded Chancellor's Bronze Medal. A total of 105 medals including 36 Chancellor's Medals (Gold, Silver and Bronze together) and 12 Chancellor's Gold Medals and 57 Sponsored Gold Medals were awarded in the convocation ceremony. During this period, 57 students were given medals by the Chancellor, in which 39 girl students and 18 male students were given medals. In the ceremony, Ritika Awasthi, a music course student of DG College, was awarded a total of six posts including the Chancellor's Gold Medal.

Devansh Dixit of Hindi Department received the Chancellor's Gold Post. He told that I am from VSSD College. Devansh told that he has fulfilled his father's dream and said that his mother worked hardest for him in studies. In future, we have to establish ourselves in Hindi language only.
