Jalalabad: In village Dhani Phula Singh (Dhandi Khurd) at around 10 am on Friday morning, there was a dispute between nephews and nieces regarding planting saplings on only 2-3 marlas of land. The uncle was brutally murdered with a sharp weapon.
Swarn Singh, son of deceased former sarpanch Kashmir Singh (60), told that his father had planted saplings on about 2-3 marlas of his land. At around 10 am on Friday morning, when he was returning home after ferrying, his relatives surrounded him on the way and beat him to death with a sharp weapon.
