NEET UG Re-Exam: Last chance to raise objection on answer key, window will close today


Today is a very important day for lakhs of medical aspirants across the country. National Testing Agency (NTA) is ending the online process of filing objections on the Provisional Answer Key of Re-NEET UG 2026 today, June 28, 2026. If you have any doubt on any question or answer of the exam, now you have only few hours left to challenge. Candidates can register their objection only by visiting the official website of NTA, neet.nta.nic.in. Objections will not be accepted through any means after the expiry of the stipulated time limit, hence candidates are advised to complete the process as soon as possible to avoid last minute technical difficulties.

Fee of Rs 200 will have to be paid per question, refund will be given if proved correct.

As per NTA rules, candidates will have to pay a processing fee of Rs 200 for filing objection on each question. This fee can be deposited completely in online mode through credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI. Although this fee is non-refundable, but if the committee of subject experts finds the objection raised by you correct and valid, then the amount of Rs 200 deposited for that particular question will be refunded back to your account. The agency has made it clear that the objections will be reviewed only on the basis of concrete facts and authentic evidence, hence candidates should upload only certified documents.

The process of entering the online challenge on Re-NEET UG Answer Key is very easy. First of all candidates have to visit the official website neet.nta.nic.in. Click on the link ‘NEET UG Re-Exam Answer Key Challenge’ visible on the homepage. After this, login to the account with the help of your application number and password or date of birth. After login, enter the series code of your question paper and select the questions you want to challenge. Candidates must upload reference material from NCERT or other authentic academic books in PDF format to strengthen their claim. After checking all the details carefully, pay the fees and submit the form, as no changes will be possible after final submission.

NTA’s strict guidelines: No consideration will be given to offline mediums

The National Testing Agency has made it completely clear that the objections will be accepted only through the online portal. Applications sent through email, post, fax or any other offline medium will be summarily rejected. Candidates can raise objections only on questions of the same question paper series code which was allotted to them during the Re-NEET examination held on June 21. If the objection raised on any question is found to be correct, the revised answer will be applied uniformly to all the question paper sets. After this, the final answer key will be prepared under the supervision of a committee of experts, on the basis of which the result of the main examination will be declared. Once the final answer key or result is released, no new complaint will be entertained.
