NEET PG 2024 Exam Schedule: National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Post Graduate (NEET-PG 2024) i.e. NEET PG 2024 exam is likely to be held in mid-August. The revised date of this entrance exam for admission to postgraduate courses in medical colleges is expected to be announced this week. The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is expected to announce the revised exam date of NEET PG 2024 for postgraduate any day this week. NBE will release the NEET PG exam date through its official website natboard.edu.in.
In a meeting held at the Union Home Ministry on Monday, officials from the Ministry of Health, National Board of Medical Examination as well as officials from Tata Consultancy Services and Cyber Cell discussed the preparations for NEET-UG. The NEET-UG exam is to be conducted through online medium.
“Apart from NEET-Post Graduate, the robustness of the system for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination to be held on July 6 was also reviewed in the meeting,” a source told PTI. The meeting on Monday was held to review the robustness of the system for conducting the examination in the coming days, the source said.
According to the information, top officials of TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) gave information about various aspects of the examination process in the meeting. Earlier last week, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had informed that the new date of the examination would be announced on July 2 or July 3. However, this did not happen.
The Union Health Ministry had postponed the NEET-PG exam on June 22. The exam was to be held on June 23. The ministry had postponed the exam as a 'precautionary measure' in view of the allegations on the integrity of some competitive examinations. It is expected that NBE will release new admit cards along with the exam date.
