News India Live, Digital Desk: National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the admit card for the medical entrance exam NEET UG 2026. The wait of lakhs of candidates preparing for the exam is now over. Candidates can download their admit card by visiting the official website of NTA neet.nta.nic.in. Let us tell you that this year record breaking applications have been received, due to which the examination will be conducted under tight security at various centers across the country. NTA has clarified that no student will be allowed to enter the examination center without admit card and valid identity card.

How to download your admit card: Step-by-step guide The process of downloading the admit card is very simple. First of all go to the official website neet.nta.nic.in. Click on the link of ‘NEET UG 2026 Admit Card’ on the homepage. After this enter your application number, date of birth and security pin. As soon as you press the submit button, your admit card will appear on the screen. Download it and keep at least two printouts for future reference. NTA has advised to carefully check all the details given on the admit card such as name, photograph, and address of the examination centre.

These important documents will have to be taken to the examination center It is mandatory for students to carry some important documents along with the admit card. This includes a passport size photograph (same as the one in the application form), a valid original identity card (like Aadhar Card, PAN Card or Voter ID) and relevant certificates for PWD category students. This time NTA has also issued strict guidelines regarding dress code, which is necessary for every candidate to follow. There will be a ban on wearing clothes, shoes and jewelery with big buttons.
