Neemuch, August 18 (HS). Various religious rituals are being organized during the month of Shravan. Kavad Yatra is being taken out in every city and village. In this series, on Saturday in the month of Shravan, Kavad Yatra was taken out from the famous 150 years old Jineshwar Mahadev temple of Baghana in the city. A large number of people from the area participated in this Kanwar Yatra. Before this, all the Kanwar pilgrims gathered at the ancient Jineshwar Mahadev temple, where they worshipped Lord Bholenath.
After filling water in the Kanwad, the devotees left for the Kileshwar Mahadev Temple chanting Jai Bam. The Kanwad Yatra passed through the main routes of the Baghana area. During this time, at various places the Kanwad pilgrims were greeted with flower showers and distribution of milk and cold drinks to the devotees. People participating in the Kanwad Yatra were seen dancing to devotional songs. They were dancing and singing to the band and DJ, engrossed in the devotion of Lord Shiva, while behind them small children riding in the buggy in the form of Shiva Parvati were captivating everyone. Among the children in disguise, a boy dressed as policeman holding the tricolor was the center of attraction, with whom the police department employees on duty also got selfies clicked. The color of patriotism along with devotion was really amazing.
Kanwar Yatra coordinator Hitesh Solanki said that this Kanwar Yatra has been taken out for the third time by Jineshwar Mahadev Temple Mahila Mandal, which is organized with the cooperation of all the devotees. The Kanwar Yatra which started from Jineshwar Mahadev Temple Baghana reached Kileshwar Temple. Where all the Kanwar pilgrims performed Jalabhishek of Lord Bholenath. Aarti was performed and Prasad was distributed.
