Naxalite Binod Ganjhu's bail hearing in Jharkhand High Court on February 28

Ranchi, 21 February (HS). The bail plea of ​​Bindeshwar Ganjhu alias Binod Ganjhu, accused in the terror funding case and commander of banned militant organization TPC, was heard in the Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday. Now the court will hear this case on February 28.

During this, defense arguments were given on behalf of the petitioner in the court. After this, the bench of Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad and Justice Pradeep Kumar Srivastava directed to file orders related to this in the court.

Case number seven was registered against Bindeshwar Ganjhu alias Binod Ganjhu in Tandwa police station of Chatra district in the year 2017, which has been taken over by NIA and investigated. NIA has filed a charge sheet against Vinod Ganjhu under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427, 3, 4 of the IPC, section 27 of the Arms Act and section 17(i), (ii) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.
