Former Sikkim Chief Minister Pawan Kumar Chamling is in first place with a tenure of 24 years and 165 days (12 December 1994 to 26 May 2019). Former West Bengal Chief Minister Jyoti Basu is in third place after a tenure of 23 years and 137 days.
