Dumka, 21 November (HS). Under the auspices of the District Legal Services Authority, National Lok Adalat will be organized on December 14 from 10:30 am in the Vyavar Court premises. Lok Adalat will be organized as per the instructions of NALSA, New Delhi and Jhalsa, Ranchi.
In this regard, on Thursday, Principal District and Sessions Judge cum Authority Chairman Sanjay Kumar Chandhariyavi held a meeting with the Judicial Officer of the Civil Court. After holding the meeting, proper directions were given regarding execution of as many cases as possible.
Cases related to compoundable cases, NI Act cases, MACT Act, Family Court cases, Labor Act, Civil cases, Bank Recovery cases, Electricity cases, Forest cases, Excise cases etc. will be executed in Rashtriya Lok Adalat. Pre-counselling sitting of Rashtriya Lok Adalat starts from 14th October. In which hundreds of promises have been fulfilled so far. The Chief Justice has appealed to avail benefits by disposing of maximum number of cases in Rashtriya Lok Adalat.
