Ranchi, 26 October (Hindustan Reporter). The alleged remarks made by Congress's Jamtara MLA Irfan Ansari on Sita Soren will be investigated. This order has been given by the National Scheduled Tribe Commission. The Commission has given this order by writing a letter to L Khiangte Chief Secretary, Vandana Dadel Principal Secretary, Dr. Ehtesham Waqarib Superintendent of Police, Jamtara, Ajay Kumar Singh Director General of Police and Kumud Sahay Deputy Commissioner, Jamtara.
In the issued letter it has been said that it is being said in newspapers and news channels that Irfan Ansari made indecent remarks against Sita Soren. It should be investigated and its report submitted within three days. The letter further states that if the reply is not received within the stipulated period, the Commission can exercise the powers of a civil court under the Constitution of India.
