The government is continuously working for the education of children. Free cycles are being provided to ensure that children do not face any inconvenience in commuting. Minister Singh said that under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana- Gramin, permanent houses have been built for 222 poor families in Gram Panchayat Niwavar. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the government is doing the work of converting each house into a pucca house. The government is concerned about ensuring that the eligible people sitting in the last row get the benefits of government schemes. He said that the work of purchasing wheat, gram and lentil produce from registered farmers is being done on priority.
Minister Singh said that in view of the festival, under Ladli Brahmin Yojana, funds will be transferred to the bank accounts of eligible women on March 1.
