Narnaul: School girls were made aware of the importance of cleanliness

Narnail, 19 October (Hindustan Reporter). The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Haryana Central University (HKVY), Mahendragarh organized an awareness campaign on health and hygiene for school girls on Saturday. With the aim of making the girl students aware about health and hygiene, she made the students of Seth Amilal Government Girls High School, Basai aware about personal hygiene, proper hand washing technique, menstrual health, balanced nutrition and general health problems.

More than 80 girl students participated in this awareness campaign.

At the beginning of the awareness campaign, Supriya, Shruti, Mamta and Shruti highlighted the topics of health and hygiene through PPT. Isha Sethi explained in detail the meaning and uses of BMI. Ms and Nikita asked questions through the feedback form and Kholana and Ankita demonstrated hand washing techniques. Ranveer Kumar, Principal of Seth Amilal Government Girls High School, Basai, while thanking the students of Hakevi, said that this awareness campaign will prove helpful in making the girl students of our school aware about health and cleanliness. Coordinator of NSS unit of the university, Dr. Pradeep Kumar, Dr. Mukesh Upadhyay, Internship Incharge Dr. Ashish Kumar Dhawan etc. were present in organizing this program.
