Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary and opposition leaders have congratulated Narendra Narayan Yadav on being made the Deputy Chairman. Narendra Narayan Yadav is considered a leader close to Nitish Kumar. Narendra Narayan Yadav has become the 19th Deputy Speaker of Bihar Assembly. Nominations were done on Thursday
Narendra Narayan Yadav filed his candidature for this post on Thursday. As soon as the assembly proceedings began today, the Deputy Speaker was elected. The Speaker of the Assembly announced the names of his proposers and declared them elected.
Narendra Narayan Yadav became the 19th Deputy Speaker of Bihar Assembly.
Till now Maheshwar Hazari was on this post. Recently he voluntarily resigned from his post, after which Narendra Yadav Narayan Yadav filed nomination for the vacant post.
Yadav remembered Panch Parmeshwar in his first address
Narendra Narayan Yadav won from Alamnagar assembly constituency of Madhepura. He is one of the oldest members to reach the Assembly continuously since 1995. In his first address after being elected Deputy Chairman, Narendra Narayan Yadav remembered Panch Parmeshwar and said that Panch is neither friend nor enemy.
