New Delhi: After the victory of NDA in the Lok Sabha elections, Narendra Modi was elected leader in the NDA parliamentary party meeting on Friday. After which, while addressing the leaders of the NDA allies, Modi said that the election results show that this is a huge victory for the NDA. Coalition is not a compulsion but a commitment. NDA leaders including Modi, Nitish Kumar, Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan held a meeting in Parliament House. During which Modi was unanimously elected as the NDA leader to make him the Prime Minister.

First of all, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh proposed the name of Narendra Modi as the leader of NDA. This was welcomed by BJP and NDA leaders including Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari. During this, Chandrababu Naidu said that Narendra Modi has a vision, today India has got a true leader and he is Narendra Modi. Under his leadership, India will become the first or second largest economy of the world in the next five years. JDU leader Nitish Kumar also accepted the proposal of Modi's name. He said that JDU is with Modi in every situation. The Bharat alliance has done nothing for the country. Any pending work of Bihar will be completed. It is very good that everyone came forward to work together. Nitish Kumar also fell at Modi's feet. He said that some people have won and Modi will defeat them too. LJP leader Chirag Paswan also praised Modi. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath patted Modi on the back and congratulated him.

During this, Narendra Modi in his speech took a dig at the opposition regarding EVM. He said that before the elections, many questions were raised on EVM and Election Commission, the election results have rejected all these allegations. The Bharat Gathbandhan has done the work of fooling the people. The opposition had to take out a funeral procession for EVM, but after the results came, it became silent. Since 2014, BJP has got more seats in the Lok Sabha than Congress, so how can this be considered a defeat? On the other hand, President Draupadi Murmu invited Narendra Modi to form the government, after which Modi met the President. Now the oath will be taken on the 9th. In which the MPs who will join the cabinet along with Narendra Modi will also take oath. NDA allies JDU and TDP will be given place in the cabinet. There is a possibility that the post of Lok Sabha Speaker can also go to one party. There are also reports of demand for giving special state status to Bihar and Jharkhand.
