Windhoek, May 31 (HS). The Namibia Football Association (NFA) on Thursday announced a 30-man squad for the upcoming international matches to be held in June.
The 30 players selected were picked from the initial 52-player provisional squad, which was in training camp since May 14 preparing for the FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Liberia and Tunisia on June 5 and 11 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The final 30-man squad will also represent Namibia at the 2024 Council of Southern Africa Football Associations Cup, which begins in mid-June.
The squad, comprising local and foreign players, includes three goalkeepers, nine defenders, 13 midfielders and five forwards.
Namibia have been placed in Group H for the qualifiers alongside Tunisia, Equatorial Guinea, Malawi, Liberia and Sao Tome and Principe.

Goalkeepers- Loydt Kazapua, Kamaijanda Ndisiro, Jonas Mateus.
Defenders- Ivan Kamberipa, Charles Hambira, Ryan Hanambe, Tuli Nshixwa, GP Karuombe, Arend Abubakar, Erasmus Ikinge, Paulus Amutenya, Edmund Kambanda.
Midfielders- Edmar Kamatuka, Romeo Kasumae, Dion Hotto, Approsius Petrus, Moses Shidollo, Erastus Kalula, Andijirarera Maharero, Lawrence Doyeseb, Fares Haidula, Ben Namib, Punaji Katzimune, David Andiunema, Ricambura Mundjua.
Forwards- Gonzalez Tsubeb, Peter Shelulili, Bethel Muzeu, Cleophas Eusebe, Makeretine Nwaseb.
