Naman, who won a medal in Under-19 National Lifting, was given a grand welcome

Hisar, June 22 (HS). Naman Nagpal, a resident of HUDA Colony, Hansi, has brought laurels to the state, Hisar district and Hansi city by winning the silver medal in the Under 19 National Sub Junior Power Lifting Championship held in Patiala, Punjab. Medal winner Naman was given a grand welcome by garlanding him with flowers and currency notes when he reached Ambedkar Chowk in Hansi on Saturday. On this occasion, the dignitaries of the city honoured silver medalist Naman Nagpal and his coach Bajrang.

After this, medal winner Naman Nagpal was taken to HUDA Colony from Ambedkar Chowk with a bike convoy via Shri Kali Devi Mandir Chowk with drums. Naman Nagpal told that National Power Lifting Under 19 Championship was organized in Patiala, Punjab from 18 to 21 June in which players from different states of the country participated. On this occasion, Naman gave all the credit of his victory to coach Bajrang and his parents. He said that his next dream is to win a gold medal for the country by playing in the Olympics. On this occasion, a large number of colony residents including Surendra Tuteja, Ramesh Arora, Situ Nagpal, Rakesh Madan, Rajendra Nagpal, Kanshi Ram Nagpal, Naresh Tuteja and Santokh Singh etc. were present.
