Jind, August 3 (HS). After long efforts of the Panchayat of Naguran village, finally the people of Naguran village will get the gift of Firni. For this, the government has sanctioned one crore 39 lakh 75 thousand rupees and work has started on it. This Firni will be built from Kaithal Road, Dhankheri Road to Badhana Road. The Panchayat Department had sent a proposal to the government several months ago to build a Firni from Kaithal Road to Badhana Village. On which the government has approved the construction of Firni from Kaithal Road to Badhana Road in Naguran village.
This Firni will connect the roads of Naguran, Dhankhedi and Badhana villages. However, people have still illegally occupied the said Firni. This Firni will work to connect three roads. After the construction of this Firni, people going to Dhankhedi-Badhana will not have to go through the market and this will also save time and people will get a lot of relief after the construction of this Firni.
Naguran village's Sarpanch representative Kuldeep said that people had been demanding for many years that a Firni be constructed from Naguran bus stand via bypass to the road of Badhana village. For the construction of Firni, the Panchayat has measured the land and has also informed the illegal occupants and work has started on it.
Regarding the matter, JE Suraj of Panchayat Department told on Saturday that the government has sanctioned one crore 39 lakh 75 thousand rupees for making a Firni in Naguran village. Work on the Firni has also started. After the construction of Firni, the people of Naguran and nearby villages will benefit.
