necessary ingredients:
four cups flour,
One cup rice flour,
two cups curd,
two inch piece of ginger,
salt as per taste,
One and a half teaspoon baking soda,
Six tablespoons green coriander,
one spoon cumin,
five green chillies,
Oil for frying.
You can prepare it like this:
– First of all, prepare a smooth thick solution by adding rice flour, curd, cumin, green chilli, ginger, salt and baking soda in a vessel.
– After so many minutes, add green coriander in it.
– Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bonds with the batter.
