Prayagraj, 06 November (HS). Muslim side's lawyer Nasiruzzama has filed an application to release in English the order given by the High Court in the case of separate hearing of the cases of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mathura.

He has prayed that the court should direct that the order of October 23 is invalid. Along with this, it has been said in the application that the High Court should direct the registry not to upload any order in Hindi. Do not provide a certified copy of the Hindi order unless there is an official translation into English.

The application states that the Hindi order of October 23 should have been uploaded along with the authorized English translation. Not doing so is a violation of the Official Language Act 1963 as well as the rules of the Allahabad High Court. Such omission raises questions on the validity of the order.

At the same time, Mahendra Pratap Singh, a party to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyas, said that the Hindi orders are valid. His demand is wrong. The Muslim side just wants to keep the matter pending. That is why he is filing various types of applications. After the recall application was rejected, the Muslim side has filed this new application. This also deserves to be rejected.

President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nirman Trust and party Ashutosh Pandey said that now the court has to decide the issues in the case. In such a situation, the Muslim side wants that the proceedings of the case should not proceed further, hence unnecessary applications are being filed.
