Under the joint aegis of Nai Rahein and Roshnai Foundation, a musical tribute program was organized at Radha-Krishna Vatika in Chandmari to pay tribute to Bihar Nightingale Sharda Sinha, awarded with Padma Bhushan. The program was inaugurated by the city’s well-known doctors Dr. Atul Kumar, Anil Verma, Abhay Anant, Prof. Arun Kumar, Sanjay Pandey and Babbu Srivastava by jointly lighting the lamp.
Thereafter, everyone along with the guests present paid tribute to Sharda Sinha by offering flowers on his oil painting. After that, while addressing the program, the chief guest of the program, Dr. Atul Kumar, expressed his condolences and tribute to Sharda Sinha and said that the folk songs sung by her will always remind us of her and through those songs, she will always express her presence among us. Will remain. Special guest Anil Verma threw light on his personality and creativity. Sharda Sinha will remain alive as long as the sun continues to rise and set on the earth and the festival of Chhath continues.
After that, there was the occasion of musical tribute in which the atmosphere became completely happy with Anupriya Pandey’s songs Dukhwa Mittai Chhathi Maiya, Marbo Re Sugwa Dhanuk Se, Paniya Ke Jahaaz Se, Ram Ji Se Poochhe Janakpuri Ke Nari. The stage management of the program was done by Rumit Roshan and vote of thanks was done by Gulrez Shahzad. Guddu Srivastava, E. Ajay Azad, Sanjay Upadhyay, Sudhanshu Ranjan, Kumar Sanjay, Sona Verma, Amit Kumar Guddu, Bunty Srivastava, Pradeep Verma, Manjeet Prakash, Sanjay Mishra, Satyam Tiwari etc. were present in the program.
