Meerut, 07 May (HS). Married woman died under suspicious circumstances in Meerut. The parents have accused the in-laws of murdering the married woman by feeding her poisonous substance. After this the in-laws attacked the people from the maternal side. The victims have demanded action from the SSP.
Muskan of Saidpur village of Bhavanpur police station area was married to Irshad, a resident of Parcheda. Muskaan's family members told that since her marriage, Muskaan's in-laws used to torture her. Even after the Panchayat, Muskaan's harassment did not reduce. Gave birth to two children of Muskaan. On April 20, Irshad called his father-in-law and informed him about Muskaan's ill health. When Muskaan's parents reached her in-laws house, she was lying dead and foam was coming out of her mouth. When the family asked Muskaan's in-laws the reason for this, they attacked her fatally with sticks. Its video also went viral on internet media. Even after the complaint, the police station did not take any action.
On Tuesday, the victim's family reached the SSP office and showed the video of the assault by the accused to SSP Rohit Singh Sajwan and demanded action. SSP assured to conduct investigation and take action.
