The corporation administration has appealed to the city residents not to travel on the bridge in any way during the rain.
When it rains, the mesh covers of the Gandheri Bogda culvert are getting washed away. Whenever there is heavy rain and the drain water overflows in the Gandheri Bogda culvert located at Nirmal Lodge, the mesh covers of the iron cover on its surface get washed away due to the flow of water. This had also created the possibility of an accident in the past few days.
To avoid any untoward accident, the corporation administration has completely blocked both sides of the bridge by welding iron pipes and barricades. The corporation administration has appealed to the citizens to not move on the bridge in any way during rains and when the drain water is flowing over the bridge and water is filled.
