Prayagraj, 14 October (Hindustan Reporter). In view of the upcoming Kumbh Mela, Municipal Commissioner Chandramohan Garg on Monday inspected the construction works being done under the Chief Minister City Creation Scheme at various places in the city and gave necessary guidelines.
During the inspection of cleanliness of Shambhu Nath Engineering College of Institute, Rajrooppur Roshanbagh, the Municipal Commissioner found heaps of garbage and clogged drains at many places. Due to which the Municipal Commissioner expressed his anger and issued a strong rebuke. Along with this, immediate instructions were given to the cleaning and food inspector to clean the said area and instructions were given to send photographs after getting the entire area cleaned.
During the construction works of Kumbh Mela, the Municipal Commissioner instructed the Chief Engineer to check the files during the road construction being done under the Chief Minister City Creation Scheme in Pipalgaon. Similarly, the Municipal Commissioner inspected the bricks manufactured by CND West, whose quality was not found to be correct. The Municipal Commissioner gave instructions to the Chief Engineer to investigate and send the report and make improvements. Along with this, instructions were given to start the road construction work being done in Gangotri Nagar Naini and Dandi Maheva under the Chief Minister City Creation Scheme soon and complete it on time by increasing the manpower.
