Mumbai, June 25 (HS). Mumbai City FC has signed French midfielder Jeremy Manzoro on a free transfer. Manzoro will remain at the club until the end of the 2024-25 season.
The 32-year-old began his senior professional career with Stade de Reims in France and has since showcased his skills in various leagues around the world, including Bulgaria (PFC Slavia Sofia), Lithuania (FK Zalgiris) and Kazakhstan (Tobol and Astana).
They have participated in elite European competitions such as the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Europa Conference League. Their awards include the Lithuanian Cup, the Kazakh Cup, and two consecutive Kazakh League titles.
Manzoro moved to India to join Jamshedpur FC in 2023, during the 2023-24 season he played 24 matches and scored six goals with two assists. He is famous for his accurate passes and free kicks.
Known for his superb footwork, creative flair and varied passing range, Manzoro also brings valuable experience that fits well with the balance of the Islanders’ squad.
