Mumbai Atal Setu Viral Video: A woman attempted suicide on the Atal Setu connecting South Mumbai to Navi Mumbai. However, the 56-year-old woman's life was saved due to the alertness of the cab driver and the police.
According to a police officer, Mulund resident Reema Mukesh Patel reached Atal Setu by taxi at 7 pm on Friday. She hailed a taxi towards Nhava Sheva and walked towards the suicide crash barrier and sat on the railing, where the taxi driver can be seen standing next to her.
Then suddenly a police car arrives there and the woman jumps off the Atal Bridge. But at this moment the cab driver grabs her hair. Seeing the woman hanging, the policeman immediately climbed the railing and brought her up safely, saving her life.
However, according to the woman, she got scared after seeing the police and lost control. However, the police are investigating the matter further.
