Much talked about Bhanwari murder case: High Court orders to give benefits to husband and other heirs

Jodhpur, 15 February (HS). In the Bhanwari Devi murder case, the court of single bench Justice Arun Monga awarded to Amarchand, the husband of Bhanwari Devi, and other legal heirs/petitioners of Bhanwari Devi, after calculating the outstanding service benefits and regular pension and retirement benefits from September 01, 2011. Orders have been issued to deliver within four months.

Instructions have also been given by the judge to calculate interest as per rules from the date of arrears on all profits and arrears. It was said in the order that the outstanding money and profit share of husband Amarchand will remain deposited in the department till his acquittal in the criminal case. Advocates Yashpal Khileri and Vineeta appeared on behalf of petitioners Ashwini, Suhani and Sahil Pemavat.
