Strict rules regarding educational qualification and age limit
The Commission has set some mandatory criteria for this Gazetted Class II post:

Ability: The applicant must have a degree from any recognized university in India. Bachelor of Laws (LLB) It is mandatory to have a degree.

Age Limit: Minimum age of the candidate is 21 years and maximum age 40 years (As on 01 January 2027). Native residents of Madhya Pradesh and reserved categories will be given special relaxation in age limit under government rules.

Application Fee: The fee for general and other state applicants is ₹500, while for reserved category of MP it has been fixed at ₹250.
The exam will be held on October 18; Know the selection process
According to the revised calendar of MPPSC, written examination (CBT) will be conducted for the post of Assistant District Prosecution Officer. 18 October 2026 Will be done on. The selection process will be completely based on two stages – the first stage will be an objective written examination and the candidates who pass it will be called for the final stage i.e. personal interview.
