MP: The wife of Chhindwara martyr Vicky Pahad also got special appointment in government service

Chhindwara, June 25 (HS). In accordance with the announcement of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, as per the circular of Madhya Pradesh Government, Collector Sheelendra Singh has also given special appointment in government service under Madhya Pradesh Government to Reena Pahad, resident of Noniya Karbal Chhindwara, wife of martyred Corporal Late Vicky Pahad of Chhindwara district. She has been given special appointment on a temporary basis on the post of Assistant Grade-3 vacant in the office of Principal Government Women Industrial Training Institute, Chhindwara, on a probation period of 03 years, under the prescribed conditions and restrictions. Collector Singh provided this special appointment letter to the martyr's wife Reena Pahad in the meeting hall of the Collector's office on Tuesday.

It is noteworthy that Corporal Vicky Pahad, a resident of Nonia Karbal in Chhindwara district, was martyred on 04 May 2024 in a terrorist attack in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav himself came to Chhindwara to attend the last rites of the martyr and to support the family members. On 14 June 2024, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav had also provided grant assistance of Rs 1 crore to the dependents of the martyr in a program organized in Chhindwara and announced the appointment of a member of the martyr's dependent family in government service. In compliance with which, the Collector took immediate action and today a letter of special appointment in government service has been issued to the martyr's wife Reena Pahad.
