Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister Govind Singh Rajput honoured 85 elderly people by giving them shawls and coconuts at the Aasra Vruddhashram in the capital on Sunday on the death anniversary of his mother Late Gyanbai Singh. He enquired about the well-being of all the elderly and listened to their problems. Seeing the minister loving them like a son, the elderly also blessed Minister Rajput a lot and pampered him.
During this, the elderly told about the problem in making Ayushman card. Minister Rajput instructed the officials to get the Ayushman card made immediately and easily. He said that in case of any problem, they can tell him or send a message through someone. This will help in resolving your problem.
Planted a tree in the name of mother
Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's “One tree in the name of mother” campaign, Minister Rajput also planted a tree in Aasra old age home on the death anniversary of his mother late Gyanbai Singh. Officials and other public representatives were present during this time.
