Bhopal, September 11 (HS). Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Jagdish Devda on Wednesday reviewed the IFMIS Next Gen project being implemented by the Commissioner, Treasury and Accounts in the Ministry. The new integrated financial management information system software IFMIS Next Gen is being developed in accordance with modern technological innovation. This will enable completely contact-less, paper-less and face-less financial transactions to be implemented in the field of financial management.
The review highlighted that the IFMIS Next Gen project is being delayed due to the system integrator not executing the work on time. The quality of the functionalities created for various modules and the user experience are not as per the project's concept, so Deputy Chief Minister Devda directed to improve it.
