Indore, 9 November (HS). Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will participate in various programs in Indore today (Saturday) and will give many gifts. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will transfer Rs 1574 crore in the form of November installment of Rs 1250 to 1.29 crore sisters of the state under Ladli Brahmin Yojana in the program organized at Nehru Stadium in the afternoon. Apart from this, cylinder refill amount of Rs 55 crore will be transferred to the accounts of 26 lakh sisters and Rs 333 crore will also be transferred to the accounts of 55 lakh social security pension beneficiaries. Besides, the Chief Minister will distribute laptops, motor tricycles and other assistive devices to more than four hundred and fifty disabled people of Indore in a program organized at Gramin Haat market located at Dhakkanwala Kuan. Apart from this, he will also participate in the program organized at ITC.
Public Relations Officer Mahipal Ajay said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will participate in the program of making world record of sword fighting by more than five thousand girls organized at Nehru Stadium. Through this program he will distribute the installment of the month of November to the beloved sisters of the state. The Chief Minister will transfer Rs 1574 crore from Indore to the accounts of 1.29 crore beloved sisters. There will also be a program to create a world record in sword fighting by more than five thousand girls at Nehru Stadium.
It is noteworthy that under the Ladli Brahmin Scheme, a total of 17 installments of monthly financial assistance amount have been transferred to the beneficiary women from June 2023 to October 2024. Apart from this, special financial assistance amounting to Rs 250 was also transferred to the beneficiary women in the months of August 2023 and 2024 (a total of 2 times). At the beginning of the scheme, an amount of one thousand rupees per month was paid to the eligible beneficiaries. From October 2023, the amount of monthly financial assistance was increased by Rs 250 per month. Chief Minister Ladli Brahmin Yojana 2023 is being implemented in the direction of women empowerment in the state. This scheme is an important step taken towards economic self-reliance of the women of the state, continuous improvement in their health and nutritional level and strengthening their role in family decisions. A provision of approximately Rs 18 thousand 984 crore has been made under the scheme in the financial year 2024-25.
Similarly, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will provide various types of help to more than four hundred and fifty disabled people of Indore with the help of the Social Justice and Disabled Empowerment Department of the State Government, Adip Yojana of the Government of India and CSR of Avantika Gas Agency along with the Indian Red Cross Society. . They provided motorized tricycles to 155 disabled people of the district, laptops to 81 students under the Disabled Education Promotion Scheme, financial assistance to 6 couples under the Chief Minister Disabled Marriage Promotion Scheme, digital hearing aids to 130 disabled elderly people, wheelchairs to 99 disabled people, C. P. Will provide chair, crutches, callipers. In this way, materials worth Rs 1 crore 20 lakh will be distributed to a total of 470 disabled people in the district. Apart from this, the Collector will also hand over appointment letters to five disabled persons selected in private sector companies through the Empowered Portal for Disabled Persons, prepared on the initiative of Ashish Singh.
