Bhaepal, 17 October (Hindustan Reporter). A delegation of the Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday submitted a memorandum to the Director General of Police (DGP) at the Bhopal Police Commissioner's office, demanding registration of a case against Congress MLA from Sheopur Babu Singh Jandel. The BJP delegation has said in the memorandum submitted to the DGP that Congress MLA Babu Singh Jandel has deliberately and thoughtfully hurt the religious sentiments of crores of devotees of Lord Shankar along with the entire mother power of Hindu religion.
The BJP delegation has said in the memorandum that crores of mothers and sisters of Hindu religion fast, worship and praise Lord Shankar. Babu Singh Jandel's character towards women has been condemnable in the past also. On March 18, 2023, a case of abusing a female sub-inspector of Madhya Pradesh Police during helmet checking came up, a case has been registered in this matter. Babu Singh Jandel has made extremely derogatory remarks against Lord Shankar and all Matri Shakti, due to which the sentiments of crores of Hindus have been hurt.
In the memorandum given to the police headquarters, the BJP delegation has registered a case against Congress MLA from Sheopur Babu Singh Jandel and demanded strict action. The delegation that submitted the memorandum included former MP Alok Sanjar, state co-convenor of Cooperative Cell Umakant Dixit, state co-convenor of Law Cell Ashok Vishwakarma, Rajkumar Vishwakarma and party officials and workers.
