East Champaran, June 03 (HS). Famous Bhojpuri film producer and distributor Nishant Ujjwal was given the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award for the best Bhojpuri film producer for his popular Bhojpuri film 'The Pride of Bhojpuri'.
This award was given to him by Kashmir Files and Mary Kom fame Darshan Kumar and Indian Pictures Producer Association President Abhay Sinha during a grand ceremony held at the auditorium in Juhu, Mumbai. Overwhelmed with the award, Nishant Ujjwal said that this award has increased my responsibility even more.
It is noteworthy that in the award ceremony, famous director Rajnish Mishra got the Best Director award for Nishant Ujjwal's film 'The Pride of Bhojpuri'. Smriti Sinha got the Best Actress award for Bewafa Sanam and Pawan Singh got the Best Actor award for the same film.
