Motihari. Motihari becomes strict regarding inspection and rules of vehicles plying on the road
Motihari Superintendent of Police Swarn Prabhat gave this information in a press conference.
After the arrival of Motihari Police Superintendent Swarn Prabhat, the strictness of Motihari Police towards the verification of vehicles plying on the road and the laws related to them has increased significantly. There is improvement on the roads to a great extent due to checking of helmets and issuance of challans. People have started wearing helmets. However, wearing a helmet is beneficial for the people as it will not be exposed to wind in cold weather and in case of any accident, the head will remain completely safe.
Earlier there used to be a whisper among the common people that the police department issues challans only to the common people and no one is going to stop the policemen who roam around without helmets. After the arrival of the new Superintendent of Police Swarn Prabhat, this perception of the common people has also been broken. Now, no matter how big a police officer is, he is still facing a challan for driving without a helmet.
Superintendent of Police Swarn Prabhat has informed in a press conference that now numberless vehicles plying on the road will also be confiscated. He said, “There are many vehicles plying on the road which do not have number plates. Such vehicles are involved in criminal activities. And those who do not have number plates, their vehicles will be confiscated, then they will be verified and their owner will be called and a challan will be issued.
