UP Pratapgarh mass suicide: A tragic incident has come to light in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh. A woman committed suicide by hanging herself along with her three children. The police have taken possession of all four bodies and sent them for post-mortem. The matter came to light this morning when the door of the house did not open.
Mother commits suicide with 3 innocent children
Sandeep alias Rajteja, resident of Bhadohi in Kotwali village, is addicted to alcohol. He used to beat his wife every day after drinking alcohol. Troubled by this, wife Durgeshwari (30) committed suicide by hanging herself along with her two and a half year old daughters Lakshmi and Ujala and innocent son Raunak.
People gathered without opening the room
When the room was not opened for a long time in the morning, the neighbors broke the door and no sound was heard from inside. After receiving the information, the police also reached the spot.
Fed up with the beatings and financial constraints, he committed suicide.
This incident took place in a village of Kotwali Bhadohi. Regarding the incident, neighbors told the police that the deceased’s husband was under the influence of alcohol and often beat her. There was also financial crisis at home. Therefore, it is feared that the woman, fed up with the beating and financial constraints, has committed suicide. Now the police have registered a case of suicide.
