Kali Chaudash is also called Chaturdashi and Roop Chaturdashi. Worship of Maa Kali has great importance on this day. On the second day of this five-day festival of Diwali, we worship Maa Kali. Kali Chaudash means the festival of going from negative to positive, the festival of going from darkness to light.
Every person has two types of energy. Negative and positive. Bhagwati Kali is worshiped in this festival to free the negative thoughts within us and brighten the future with positive thoughts.
The power of Adishakti Jagadamba is expressed in the form of Kalyani Kali. The term black power is also used for destructive forces. If one contemplates the form of Goddess Kali in which Bhagwati is in a naked state. Hair is open. A garland of head is worn around the neck of a person. Such a terrible form of Kali originated from the body of Goddess Parvati and Goddess Kali killed Chand-Munda in the battlefield. For this reason his name was Chamunda. Even at the time of Raktabeeja's death, the goddess opened her mouth and drank all the drops of Raktabeeja's blood, resulting in the death of the wicked.
If seen from the perspective of your life, Goddess Kali creates a feeling of bravery and courage in your mind. Mund literally means brain and Chand represents the conflict going on in it.
Now there is a struggle going on in your mind every moment. Sometimes the vengeful tendencies like ego and anger become victorious in this. These are garlands of different faces depicting Goddess Kali. This is a sign of ego running in your mind.
Goddess Kali destroys your ego. Like a mother, Goddess Kali keeps you away from unnecessary arguments and ego-generated fights. Bravery doesn't always mean fighting with the sword, it also means speaking up and assessing situations.
Time is also called Kaal and when time becomes very difficult then it is said that time is bad. Mother Kali can cure this bad time. Most people don't try simply because they will lose and an even bigger fear is what people will say. Now we have to decide how much protection we will get by worshiping during this time.
Another significance of Kali Chaudash is that time is called Kaal. Kaal means death and the god of death is Yamraj. Therefore, it is equally important to remember them and donate lamps on this day. Worship of Maa Bhagwati Kali Kamakhya Assam, Gauhatiya, Kolkata South Kali Temple There are many Kali temples in the south. Similarly, S.P. in Ahmedabad.
