Most middle class people make these health related mistakes, fitness coach reveals the secret | News India

Health Tips: At present, middle class people are facing many health related problems because their lifestyle and eating habits have become very bad. Due to this, they are at risk of diseases like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. Apart from this, there are many misconceptions in the minds of middle class people, which they easily believe and make some mistakes and do not even consider those mistakes as mistakes.

don't believe these things

1. Eating eggs causes pimples

Fitness coach Simran Dhillon says that people think that eating eggs will cause heat and acne on the face. Eggs are a rich source of protein, vitamins and healthy fats. If you are worried, limit your egg intake to 2-3 a day and rely on egg whites for lean protein. There is nothing to worry about. I personally eat 8-10 eggs daily and I do not have a single pimple on my face and my skin is clear. Eating the right food is an investment, not an expense, stop considering proteins and salads as waste. They are essential for your health and fitness.

2. Belief in detox juices

According to fitness coach Simran, people rely on detox juices because they think they will reduce weight. There is nothing better for you than drinking water. Do not consider detox drinks as a solution for weight loss.

3. Walking is exercise

Just walking is not exercise because it will not limit problems like osteoporosis. You have to lift weights which will increase strength and also improve bone health

4. Losing weight and losing fat are the same thing

According to fitness coach Simran Dhillon, middle class people consider both things to be the same, but these two are different things. You can be deceived by weight machines. You should focus on fat loss, not just weight loss.

5. You can avoid diabetes even by not eating sweets

Although controlling sugar intake is important, it is not necessary that just reducing sugar intake will help you control diabetes; you have to adopt different methods.
