Reduces weight: If you are overweight then walking in mild sunlight can help in reducing obesity.

Get Vitamin D: Vitamin D deficiency can lead to bone and joint problems. Vitamin D is essential for strength and you can get it from sunlight. It also protects you from diseases like rickets and osteomalacia.

Immunity will be strong: If you are a victim of seasonal diseases, then take a walk in the morning sunlight every day, this will strengthen your weak immunity. Additionally, you will not be at risk of contracting infectious diseases.

For better health of the body, sunlight from 7 to 8 in the morning is considered best. You should walk for 15 to 20 minutes every day between 7 and 8 am. Overexposure can damage your skin. When the temperature is very high, one should avoid exposure to sunlight as it can cause problems like sunburn. There is also a risk of heat stroke.
