Drink fennel water on an empty stomach
Drinking fennel water on an empty stomach provides relief from acidity to a great extent. Fennel improves digestion and calms stomach heat. Soak one spoon of fennel in water overnight and boil it in the morning and drink it on an empty stomach. This water promotes the secretion of gastric juice and enzymes. Along with removing acidity and constipation, it helps in weight loss by boosting metabolism.
Drink lemon and ginger water after heavy meals.
Ginger water and lemon also improves digestion and gives relief from digestive problems. Gingerol is found in ginger. It helps in the secretion of digestive juices. Do not sleep immediately after eating
