Moringa, also known as drumstick, is considered extremely beneficial for health, especially its leaves. You can prepare Moringa laddus easily at home, and these can be a healthy addition to your diet. These laddus are not only delicious, but they also provide various nutritional benefits. You can also make moringa laddu without adding sugar by using honey and dates to sweeten it.
For Moringa Laddu you will need the following:
Moringa leaf powder, honey, dry fruits, grated coconut, dates, sunflower seeds, cardamom powder and ghee.

– Heat a pan on medium flame and fry the grated coconut in it until it turns brown. – Once done, take it out in a bowl.
-Fry the sunflower seeds until they turn golden brown, then keep aside.
Grind almonds, pistachios, walnuts and other dry fruits finely in a mixer and make powder.
– Mash clean and pitted dates and make a thick paste.
-In a bowl, mix moringa leaf powder, dry fruit powder, date paste, honey, sunflower seeds, grated coconut and cardamom powder.
-Apply some ghee or oil on your hands. – Take some portions of the mixture and shape them into round laddus.
-Keep the laddus in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Later decorate them with dry fruits and coconut powder.
-Your healthy and delicious Moringa Laddus are ready to serve.
